Ken Cox was born in San Antonio, Texas in 1939 and attended the University of Texas where he received a BA in cellular biology. He is a retired National Park Service employee. He has worked in a number of different parks, including Death Valley, CA, Haleakala, HI, several parks in Arizona and Lake Mead NRA. Currently, Ken is a resident of Henderson, Nevada.
